I first came in contact with Dave through my work at Bemba. I have found their service, in the form of 'Mike' Crantea's templates, to be of superb quality. You literally pass them a Photoshop file and out comes valid XHTML. The price is good, but the service is what seals the deal. I have since hired XHTMLized myself, to work on smaller projects with great results every time.

There are several competing services, however none of them offer custom services like Dreamweaver/Contribute support. I recommend these folks highly. They will not let you down.
