1. Request a Free Quote
Getting a free quote for your project via the XHTMLized website is intuitive and thorough, which makes it faster and easier to get the ball rolling on your designs.
2. Discovery and Quoting
Once your project brief and designs are submitted to us, one of our Engagers will review them and provide you with an exact quote. This may require asking you additional questions about your project requirements, in order to provide the highest quality of service.
When you approve the quote, we will send you an invoice. Once the invoice is paid we will send your project to production. The engager will then initiate the production phase by introducing you to the producer assigned to your project. The producer’s responsibility is to ensure that your project is completed correctly and on time.
3. Production
XHTMLized currently uses Basecamp to allow easy and transparent communication while we are collaborating on your project/s. If you don’t have Basecamp yet, don’t worry! We will provide you the details on how to access your Basecamp project space when the production period begins. Basecamp will allow you to communicate with your Producer and developers, provide feedback and track progress on your project.
To ensure maximum efficiency and consistent high quality code, we have developed a modern development framework – XH Generator.
4. Quality Assurance
Individual developers monitor the quality of their code during every step of the production process. However, your project is also tested in its entirety by our QA team. We use various tools to put the project through its paces, including a custom program we call X-Precise, which ensures a reasonable pixel precision is achieved.
5. Delivery
When your project passes our QA process, we deploy the final files to a password-protected area on our preview server. This will allow you to review the pages and download the project files at your convenience.
In WordPress and other CMS projects we can install files on your server as a part of the delivery process.
6. Sign off
We offer a standard 2 week warranty on all our projects. Within the warranty period we will gladly fix any problem that is a result of our development, free of charge.
After the warranty period has ended, we will ask you to formally sign off the project.
